International Shipping Done! ✨

Hiya guys!
We've received the news today that the International shipping issue seem to be clearing up! We appreciate your patience with this, everything went down as soon as we were ready to ship, what are the chances aha UK backers are currently receiving pins, if you haven't received yours yet we advice that due to delays it could take up to 48 days to arrive with you. International backers have been put through the system today and should be being posted in the next few days - you will not receive a tracking number, as stated in the project you will default be charged standard shipping at £6 (and we could be contacted for more expensive tracked shipping but we didn't get any requests for it!) International packages can take up to 60 days to arrive!
These time periods are outlined due to the current UK postal strikes as well as the recent cyber attack making international systems go down. I can't stress enough that there isn't anything we can do about this and can offer item replacements if nothing turns up within this time frame. We really appreciate your understanding and patience! ✨
There are still 3 backers we have not received surveys from so we ask again if you think this is you please get in touch with us so you can get your rewards, if these aren't done we can't guarentee you getting the pins you'd like as all leftovers willl be going straight into our respective shops in the coming days ✨

International postage issue! Please Read!

Hi guys!
So amazing news is we have stickers and all the pins with us, and Jo has been working tirelessly to get everyones packages sorted and packed! Almost everything is ready to go however international mail has currently been halted - at the moment theres been various stories flying around from a cyber attack, to backed up mail to signalling issues. So accounts have said mail will be back up in 24 hours and some have said a week. As there's no firm information now and in the interest of making sure everyones mail arrives safely and doesnt get stuck, we'll be holding rewarda for another week to see how the situation improves. If nothing seems to be changing over the next few days I'll make another update! We absolutely want to get your rewards to you but we don't want to promise arrival dates if parcels will be stuck in transit for potentially weeks. Uk mail will be sent as normal in the coming days! ✨
We also have 3 backers we're still awaiting surveys on so if you think this is you please check your emails so we can get your rewards out to you! 🙌

Cards Charged - Please check your details!

Hiya Guys!
Just a quick drop in, cards have now been successfully charged, however 21 have been declined! Please make sure your card details are up to date so shipping can be processed - If you do not pay shipping you will not get your rewards unfortunately and will not be refunded. The same goes for the 4 we are still waiting survey results on. Once cards have been charged via Kickstarter there is no option to refund as all funds go straight into pin production!
Just a little longer and we'll be hopefully receiving pins and starting necessary quality checks! Have a great New Year! ✨
